2 bunches spinach
1 bunch methi leaves
Few mustard leaves
4 green chillies, sliced lengthwise
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
4 garlic cloves
Small piece of ginger
1 tsp cumin
Pinch asafoetida
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp rice flour
2 tbsp curd(optional)
1 tomato, chopped (optional)
2 cups water
Salt as required
1. Wash spinach, methi and mustard leaves.

2. Take a pressure pan and add these leaves, turmeric and green chillies and cook. Add tomato pieces(optional) and cook.

3. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste. Fry it and then add cumin, asafoetida, fenugreek seeds, turmeric, coriander powder, salt and cooked leaves. mix well.

4. Take rice flour and add few water and pour into the pan. If needed add water and curd to the curry, close the lid and cook for 10 minutes.

5. Add ghee to the curry before removing from heat.

Serve hot wih fried rice or chapathi.
