2 cups wheat flour (godhuma pindi)
3 tsp vegetable oil
salt to taste
Warm Water to Knead
1. Add approximately 1 cup warm water, salt to the flour, just enough to make a soft dough.

2. leave it for 30 minutes.

3. Make small sized balls and roll into a round and flat shape.

4. Heat oil in a kadhai (Deep Frying Pan) and deep fry the puris pressed, fry until golden brown.

5. Serve with Kurma, chole or curry of your choice.
