Ingredients:
2 -3 bunches coriander
1 onion, chopped finely
2-3 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tsp very finely grated ginger
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Lemon juice and salt to taste
oil
wheat flour
Instructions:
1. wash and spread coriander leaves on paper towels, let dry completely and Chop them very finely.

2. Mix all ingredients together.

3. Knead a soft dough with wheat flour.

4. Prepare stuffed parathas using the coriander mixture.

5. Roast on greased tava adding little oil.

Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
