1 small cabbage, grated
4 cups of wheat flour
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp ginger, grated
2 green chillies, chopped
6 stems of coriander leaves, chopped
2 tsp ghee
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
1. Take the wheat flour in a bowl, add the Ghee and mix.

2. Add the grated cabbage, ginger, garam masala, coriander leaves, green chillies & salt to the wheat flour.

3. Knead & make a dough by adding small amount of water as needed.

4. Make balls, roll them into round parathas.

5. Fry them on both sides on a Tawa by adding oil to it.

Serve hot with pickles or curd.
