1 kg mutton
8 big onions (chopped thinly)
20 garlic cloves ( chopped)
1/4 kg tomato puree
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
5 no black pepper
Salt as required
1 tsp garam masala
Oil as required
1. Heat oil in a pan and add fenugreek seeds. When they turn light brown add garlic pieces and fry. Add onions and fry until brown.

2. Add tomato puree and black pepper and cook for few more minutes.

3. Add mutton pieces, stir well occasionally, close the lid and cook for 10 minutes.

4. Now add 1/2 glass water and cook for 20 minutes on low flame. Fry mutton, stirring until whole water evaporates.

5. Again add 1/2 glass water and cook for 10-15 more minutes.

6. Add garam masala when mutton is well cooked.

Garish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
