Ingredients:
1 kg basmati rice
1 kg mutton
4 onions
6 grenn chillies
Few bay leaves
6 cloves
6 cardamoms
6 small cinnamon sticks
2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 cup oil or ghee
Few cashew nuts
Few coriander leaves
Few mint leaves
1 cup milk
Salt and turmeric as required
Instructions:
1. Wash rice and strain water.

2. Chop green chillies and onions long and thin.

3. Wash mutton pieces and add salt, turmeric, 1 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, water and cook for 10 minutes.

4. Heat ghee or oil in a pan and add bay leaves, masala ingredients, mint leaves, green chillies, remaining ginger garlic paste and onions. Fry them for few minutes then add rice, mix
well and add milk and water.

5. Add required salt and close with lid. Then add mutton and coriander leaves and cook.( In pressure cooker it takes 8 to 10 minutes).
