Mint lamb with lemon Popular

1 lb. fresh lamb with bones,approx 1/2 cu. inch pieces,
1 Onion diced fine,
2 cloves garlic crushed with equal quantity of ginger,
9 green chillies,
Cumin seed,
fresh mint ground,
Garam masala, 1 teaspoon,
1 teaspoon lemon juice,
1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
salt and pepper to taste.
In a thick bottomed skillet, fry onions in oil until lightly browned.
Add lamb.
Add mint and lemon juice.
Add garlic and ginger.
Add cumin seed and cardamom.
Add garam masala.
Add salt and pepper.
Add 1/2 cup water and simmer for 30 minutes.
When water is gone, fry the meat until well browned.
Garnish with green chiilies.
