Ingredients:
250 gms meat, minced
1 onion, chopped
2 green chillies, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp butter
10 bread slices
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
4-6 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2" ginger, crushed
Few coriander leaves, chopped
Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan add onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies and fry until golden brown.
2. Add tomatoes, garam masala, turmeric, chilli powder and salt, fry for a minute, add minced meat and fry till ghee seperates.
3. Add little water and cook till tender, then make it dry. Add chopped coriander leaves, remove from the fire and make it cool.
4. Take a bread slice, place 1 tbsp of cooked kheema on the slice. Repeat all the slices in the sameway and bake for 10 minutes on the frying pan or in preheated oven until bread turns brown.
