1 packet pastry puff sheets
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp ginger, grated
2 medium sized onions, chopped
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1 lb ground lamb
2 cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
1 cardamom
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp chilli powder
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cloves, cinnamon, black pepper and cardamon. When they splutter add onions and fry.

2. When the onions turn brown, add turmeric and ginger-garlic paste. Fry for 3 minutes. Add the ground meat.

3. Add a few water and salt and cook for few minutes. Uncover and cook a while until the meat is cooked. Add chilli powder and garam masala and fry for few minutes.

4. Add the lime juice and remove from heat.

5. Cut each puff sheet into 5 pieces. Stuff the pastry with the meat and replace the top.

6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place the puffs in a baking sheet.

7. Bake them till golden brown for 25-30 minutes.
