1 can condenced milk
1 can heavy whipping cream
10-12 pistachios, chopped
10-12 almonds, chopped
1/2 tsp saffron
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp saffron essence
1. Mix condenced milk and whipping cream in a bowl.

2. Add saffron, cardamom, pistachios, almonds and saffron essence. Mix thoroughly.

3. Set in kulfi moulds or in a baking dish. Freeze for 4-5 hours.

Serve cold.
