5 Small Sized Bitter Guards
50gm Dry Coconut
1 Boiled Poptato - mdium sized
6 to 7 Garlic Cloves
Cumin Seeds - 2 tea spoons
Black Pepper - 6 to 7 seeds
Dhaniya - 25 Gm
Tamarind 2 Leaves
Red chilly powder
1. Cut the edges of the karela and cut one side from 1 edge to the other, so that stuffing can filled in
2. Deep fry the karelas in oil
3. For stuffing - grind dry coconut, garlic, pepper, cumin seeds, tamarind and salt and add smashed potato and red chilly powder to this mixture and mix well and stuff this mixture into the deep fried karelas
4. In a pan, add 2 tea spoon of oil and little cumin seeds and fry the stuffed karelas for 1 to 2 mins on low flame and serve hot
