Ingredients:
500 gms Rajma
500 gms Tomatoes, finely chopped
Chilli seasoning
1 tsp Jeera
1 tsp Mustard seed
Salt to taste
1 1/2 Cup onion, finely chopped
One lime
3 tbsp cooking Oil
1/2 cup Coriander
Instructions:
1) Take a wide but shallow nonstick pan, add about 3 tbsp of oil.

2) When the oil is hot add jeera and mustard seeds, when they start popping add the onions.

3) When the onions area little cooked, add diced tomatoes and rajma.

4) Put a lid on the pan and cook for about 15 min.

5) Add fresh lime juice, Chilli seasoning and salt. Stir thoroughly.
