Nutritious Soya Chunks Masala Popular

Soya Chunks- 250gm
Onion - 2 Medium Sized, Finely Chopped
Tomato- 1 Medium Sized, Finely Chopped
Garlic Paste - 4-5 Cloves
Grated Coconut - 20gm
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Redchilli Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala - 1 Tbsp
Salt - To Taste
Oil - 1tbsp

Firstly, boil some water and put 1/2 tsp salt to it. Soak soya chunks to this for 15-20 minutes.

Heat a frying pan and add coconut to it and stir fry it till it is golden brown and make a paste of it by adding little water, in mixer.

Take 1 tbsp oil to a pan and add finely chopped onion and garlic paste, cook it till it is golden brown.

Then add finely chopped tomato to it and cook for 5-7 minutes. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt to it and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Strain the soya chunks and add to this mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes and add the fried coconut paste into it.

Cover and cook for 2 minutes and your tasty and nutritious soya chunks is ready.
