Drumsticks - 4 to 5 no’s (boil and extract the pulp)
Curry leaves/coriander/pudina-all or anyone a tsp full (optional)
Salt-as per individual taste
Oil to deep fry

Gram flour - 4 tbs
Rice flour-1 tbs (for crispiness)
Chilly powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-2 tsp
Asafetida-a pinch
Turmeric powder-a pinch

Garlic- 5 cloves
Ginger- 2cm x 2cm piece
Pepper corns - 10 no’s
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp full
Aniseed -1/4 tsp
1. Mix up all the flour and powder items together.
2. Make a paste out of the grinding items without adding water.
3. Mix the flour mix well with the paste and drumstick pulp to vada mix consistency.
4. Take a tbs of the paste; make small vadas out of it. (Can also make small balls to cook Drumstick Kababs!)
5. Deep fry these vadas (or balls) and serve it.
