onion / 500gm
tomato / 500gm[paste]
green chilly / 20gm
ginger /10gm [paste]
garlic /10gm [paste]
carrot /100gm
beans /50gm
cauliflower /50gm
baby corn /30gm
potato/ 30gm
cilantro / 10gm
green peas / 50gm
turmeric /2gm
chilly powder /4gm
coriander powder /4gm
garammasala / 4 gm
oil/ 30 ml
1. Clean and cut all vegetable
2. Heat the oil
3. Add chopped onion and green chilly saute well and add the ginger garlic paste.
4. Add chilly powder ,turmeric, coriander powder.
5. then add the tomato puree and cook well.
6. Add the all vegetables on to the gravy and simmer for 6 minute.
7. When the gravy is become thick add the garammasala powder,chunks of cilantro ,diced tomato.
8. Serve hot
