250gm Beans, finely chopped
3 medium sized Onions, finely chopped
4-6 Green chillies, split in half
1 Cup Coconut, grated
1/4th tsp Turmeric powder
3 tsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
2–3 Dry red chillies
Few Curry leaves
Salt as required
Mix Beans, Onions, Green Chilli, Grated coconut, salt and turmeric powder.

Heat oil using kadai or a pan.

Splutter mustard seeds and saute red chillies and curry leaves.

Add the beans-coconut mixture and mix well.

Sprinkle a little water and cover the pan with lid, keep on simmer for 5 min.

Remove the lid and mix well.

Keep it on flame till done.
