Egg Cutlet Popular

5 Hard boiled eggs
2 Potatoes(medium)
1 big Onion, finely chopped
7 Green chillies
2 tsp Garlic paste
Ginger, a small piece
1/2 tsp Pepper
Salt as required
Few curry leaves
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 Egg(beaten)
1 cup Bread crumbs
Oil for frying
1. Cook potatoes well and drain the water.
2. Cut the eggs into halves and remove the egg yolks.
3. Heat oil in a pan.
4. Saute onion, green chillies, garlic, ginger and curry leaves, till brown.
5. Mash the potatoes and add to the pan along with turmeric, chilli powder, lemon juice, garam masala, corinader leaves, salt and pepper.
6. Saute for 2 minutes and remove from heat.
7. Add the boiled egg yolks to the pan and mix well.
8. Take an half of boiled egg white and fill it with the potato, egg yolk mix and press well.
9. Dip the cutlet in the beaten egg and roll it on the bread crumbs.
10. Deep fry in oil.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.

I like this recipe very much. It is the most easy recipe to make egg cutlet. I will try to make this and I am sure it will be fun to make this cutlet because it is very easy to make this cutlet
