Ingredients:
1 cup Vermicelli
1 tbsp cashewnuts
1/2 tbsp raisins
2 cups sugar
2 cups Water
3 tbsp Ghee - for frying
2 Cardamons
Pinch of orange color
6-7 saffron flakes
Instructions:
1. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan and fry cashewnuts and raisins. Keep aside.

2. In the remaining ghee fry the vermicelli until light golden color and keep aside.

3. In the same pan add water and boil.

4. When water gets boiled add the food color, saffron flakes and fried vermicelli and cook until soft.

5. Now add the sugar(reduce it if you don't like too sweet).

6. Add remaining ghee and put on simmer for 10 minutes and remove from heat.

7. Finally add the fried nuts, raisins and crushed cardamons.
