Saffron Yogurt Popular

Ingredients:
2.5 cups yogurt
Pinch saffron threads
6 tsp boiling water
6 cardamoms
9 tsp sugar

Instructions:
1. Pour yogurt into a cloth and leave in refrigerator overnight to drain.
2. Put saffron and water in a small bowl and leave to soak for 30 minutes.
3. Put the drained yogurt into a bowl and stir in saffron and it's soaking liquid.
4. Remove the seeds from cardamoms and grind them.
5. Stir the cardamoms powder in yogurt with sugar.

Serve chilled.
