1 cup rawa
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
4 cardamoms
1/2 cup ghee
Pinch food color
Cashewnuts and raisins as required
1. Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan and roast cashewnuts and raisins and keep aside.
2. Again add 1 tsp ghee and fry rawa till golden brown.
3. Boil 2 cups of water, to it add 2 cups sugar and when it dissolves add food color, cardamoms powders, ghee, cashewnuts and raisins and when it starts boiling add rawa slowly stirring continously until the rawa is mixed well. Cook until it gets smooth.
