Milk Sweet(Palamadugulu) Popular

200 g wheat flour
50 g all purpose flour
1 lit water
Oil as required
Pinch of salt
400 g sugar powder
1/2 lit boiled whole milk
100 g kova
50 g cashewnuts( grinded smoothly)
50 g ghee
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp cardamoms powder
1. Take a bowl, add wheat flour, all purpose flour, ghee and salt and mix well.

2. Take required water and make smooth dough and put aside.

3. Take the dough and make small balls, press them like small puris and deep fry.

4. Take cashewnuts paste, kova, corn flour, cardamoms powder and add required water to make batter. The batter should be like a dosa/pancake batter consistency. Mix well and keep aside.

5. In a wide pan add water and boil. Then add sugar powder and keep boiling until sugar dissolves.

6. Then add the batter from step 4 stirring continously. When you get thick consistency remove from heat and add milk.

7. When they get warm add the fried puris into this batter and put in the fridge for 2 hours and serve.
