2 cups milk
2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp vanilla
1. Put 2 tsp sugar in heat-proof custard bowl.

2. simmer on stove for a few minutes, until sugar caramelizes.

3. Keep moving bowl so sugar will not burn.

4. Set aside and let cool.

5. Bring milk to a boil, then add 3 tbsp.sugar.

6. Simmer for 15 minutes, then set aside to cool.

7. Beat eggs, add vanilla, then mix into milk, stirring.

8. Pour this mixture into custard bowl.

9. Cover with foil and place in pressure cooker.

10. After it whistles, simmer for 25 minutes. Cool for several hours, or overnight in refrigerator.

Overturn the bowl and serve cold.
