Ingredients:
3 1/2 cup maida
6 cups sugar
1/2 tsp bakingpowder
2 tsp ghee
3 cups curd
salt - very little
2 cardamoms
1/4 kg oil
Instructions:
1. Mix ghee, curd, bakingpowder, salt and maida like a chapati dough use curd to make soft dough,no water.

2. keep the mix in refrigirator for 2 hours.

3. Prepare sugar syrup to string consistency. Add cardamom powder to it and keep aside.

4. Make lemon size round balls with the mix and press with your thumb on the ball.

5. Heat oil and fry these balls on medium low heat until balls golden brown then and add to sugar syrup.
