1/4 k red chillies
2 tsp ghee
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
Small ball size tamarind
2 tsp cumin seeds
1 whole garlic
Few dry curry leaves
1. Heat ghee in a pan and fry red chillies, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and half of the garlic flakes, fry and grind them.
2. Now add tamarind, remaining garlic flakes and curry leaves and grind again.

Serve with hot rice, idli and dosa.
