4 bunches fresh mint leaves
5 red chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
tamarind(as required)
2 tbsp oil
1. Heat oil in a pan and fry cumin seeds, red chillies. Remove them from the pan.
2. Now add mint leaves in oil and fry for few minutes.
3. Add tamarind and salt to the blender and grind them. Next add fried red chillies and cumin seeds. Grind them well.
4. Add fried mint leaves and grind all together to fine powder.

This powder will be good for 1 to 2 months.
