Bottle gourd -1/2kg
Til 100 -150gms
Red chillies - 4
Curry leaves
Uruddal 1tsp
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Oil 3tsp
1. Take a dry pan and fry til and red chillies without using oil. Pour little water so that til will fry nicely.

2. After cooling powder it.

3. Heat oil in a pan and add curryleves,dals and jeera after add pieces of bottle-gourd and salt keep lid leave it for 8-10 minutes.

4. If bottle gourd is soften then add the powder and mix it well and switch off the stove.

5. Eat with rice.
