Garam Masala

Ingredients:
1 tsp Cloves
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp cardamoms
2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Cumin seeds
Few Bay leaves
1/2 tsp Coriander seeds

Instructions:
1. Heat a nonstick pan, roast together all ingredients lightly on medium heat.

2. Let cool, then grind them to fine powder (garam masala).

Store in a container for about 1 month at room temperatue.
