Curry Leaves Powder Popular

20 curry leaves stems
1 tsp cumin seeds
6 garlic flakes
8 dry red chillies
2 tsp oil
Small piece of tamarind
Salt as required
1. Heat oil in a pan and fry curry leaves, cumin seeds, red chillies and garlic flakes.
2. Grind tamarind and salt. Then add above fried ingredients and grind again.

Serve with rice, idli and dosa.

This will stay for 1 month.
