Ingredients:
1 lb chicken livers
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 medium sized onion chopped
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 medium sized tomato
Pinch of turmeric
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves
Oil about 4 tbsp
Red chili powder
Instructions:
1) Clean the chicken livers and cook it along with some salt & water in pressure cooker for about four whistles, medium heat should be enough.
2) Take the livers out from the cooker but retain the water separately.
3) Now in a frying pan heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic paste till golden brown.
4) Then add the ginger paste and fry for another 3 minutes.
5) Add the chili powder, tomato, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and turmeric powder to the onion paste and keep frying untill you get the aroma of the fried spices.
6) Now add the cooked livers to the pan and fry for another 4 to 5 minutes.
7) Garnish with coriander leaves.

I think there is no need to boil the chicken liver in pressure cooker!
even if you fry the masala first and then add raw chicken liver and let it cook in slow flame it will be cooked in 1/2 hour!
