Vermicelli Curd Bath Popular

100 g vermicelli
150 g curd
3 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tsp grated ginger
3 tsp oil
1/2 bunch coriander leaves
Salt and turmeric as required

For Seasoning:

1/2 tsp uraddal
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
4-5 black pepper corns
Few curry leaves
1. Boil 4 cups water and add the vermicelli. Cook for 3-4 minutes till it is cooked (but not overcooked). Strain the vermicelli and run it under cold water.

2. Take curd, green chillies, ginger, turmeric and salt into a bowl and mix well.

3. Heat oil in a pan and add the seasoning, when they splutter add vermicelli and lightly roast for 5 minutes. Now add this to curd mixture and mix well.

4. Add chopped coriander leaves and serve.
