Ingredients:
1cup suji(semolina)
2 cups water
2 tbsp oil
2 bunches spinach, thinly chopped
2 tsp Chickpea Powder(putnala podi)
2 tsp tomato puree
1/2 cup peanuts, roasted
Few curry leaves
2 dry red chillies
2 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp ginger,chopped
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp urad dal
2 tsp ghee
Salt as required
1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and fry add urad dal, dry red chillies, mustard seeds, cumin and curry leaves. When they start splutter add green chillies and ginger,

fry for 2-3 minutes.

2. Add chopped spinach, close the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes.

3. Add tomato puree, Chickpea Powder,salt and water.

4. When water gets boiled pour the semolina and peanuts and cook on low flame.

5. Add ghee and lemon juice, mix well, close the lid and remove from heat.

Serve hot with ginger chutney or coconut chutney.
