Spicy Bread Toast

Ingredients:
10 bread slices
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
4 green chillies
Few coriander leaves
Salt to taste
3 tbsp ghee or butter
Instructions:
1. Grind green chillies and coriander leaves into paste.

2. Beat eggs and mix with all the other ingredients together.

3. Heat 1/2 tbsp of ghee or butter, dip the bread slice into the batter and fry till golden brown on both sides. Repeat all the slices in the same way.

Serve hot.
