Ingredients:
1/2 cup sabudhana(sago)
1 cup yogurt
2 cups rice flour
1 onion, finely sliced
4 curry leaves, chopped
6 green chillies, chopped
1 bunch coriander leaves, chopped
1/2 cup oil
Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Soak sadudhana in curd for 3 hours.
2. Mix all the ingredients except oil with sabudhana and curd and mix it to a pouring but thick consistency with water.
3. Heat oil in a pan and ladle out a large dollop of mixture on it. Spread out and fry like a thick pancake on both sides on medium to low heat.
Serve hot with any chutney or sambar.
