2 cups sabudana
2 cups sour buttermilk
1 onion
4 green chillies.
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp urad dhal
1/2 tsp channa dhal
Few curry leaves
Few coriander leaves
2 tbsp oil
1. Soak the sabudana in the buttermilk for 5-6 hrs.

2. Chop the onions and green chillies and curry leaves.

3. Heat oil in a pan . Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chanadal and urad dhal. When they splutter add onions, chillies and curry leaves to it. Cook for 5 minutes and add this to the soaked sabudana. Also add chopped coriander leaves to it. Mix it well. The consistency should be like the same for rava idli.

4. Pour these in idli pans and cook them for 15-20 minutes.
