2 cups wheat flour
3 tsp vegetable oil
salt to taste
Warm Water
1. Add approximately 1 cup warm water, salt to the flour, just enough to make a firm soft dough. Increase or reduce the water accoring to the thickness of dough.

2. Leave it for 30 minutes.

3. Make small lemon sized balls and roll into a round and flat shape.

4. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the puris pressed, fry until golden brown.

5. Serve with Kurma or chole or special Potato curry.
