2 Cup Thin Poha
1 Chopped onion
3 Chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp Chana dal
1/2 tsp Urad Dal
1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
Pinch Turmeric
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp Peanuts
coriander leaves chopped

1. Soak poha in water for 5 minutes and drain the water completely and keep it aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan add chana dal, urad dal, mustard seeds, peanuts, saute until golden brown, add onions, green chillies, salt, turmeric and fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add the soaked poha and stir well, simmer for 2-3 minutes and granish with coriander leaves and lemon juice.

Serve hot.

Serves 2-3.
