Peas upma

Ingredients:
1/2 kg suji(semolina)
1 1/2 glass water
2 tbsp oil
1 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup peas
Few curry leaves
2 dry red chillies
2 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp ginger,chopped
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp urad dal
2 tsp ghee
Salt as required
1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add urad dal, dry red chillies, mustard seeds, cumin and curry leaves. When they start splutter add green chillies and ginger, fry for

2-3 minutes.

2. Add peas, Salt, water and close the lid.

3. Now add tomato puree to the boiling water and mix well.

4. Add the the semolina and stir continuously. Keep on low and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

5. Add ghee, lemon juice and mix well.

6. Mould into a greased cup and unmould onto serving plate.

Serve hot with peanuts chutney, chanadal chutney or green chutney.
