1cup suji(semolina)
1 1/2 cups water
2 tbsp oil
2 cups milk
20 cashewnuts
Few curry leaves
2 dry red chillies
2 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp ginger,chopped
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp urad dal
2 tsp ghee
Salt as required

1. Heat oil in a pan and fry add urad dal, dry red chillies, mustard seeds, cumin and curry leaves. When they start splutter add cashewnuts, green chillies

and ginger, fry for 2-3 minutes. Add salt and water and close the lid till the water gets boiled.

2. Add the semolina and cook on low flame. When it's half cooked add hot milk and stir well unti it's cooked well.

3. Remove the pan from heat, add ghee and close the lid.

Serve hot with sugar, ginger chutney, peanuts chutney or coconut chutney.
