1 Cup Urad dal
1 1/2 Cup Idli rava (soak rava in water for 10 minutes and drain water)

1. Soak urad dal for 5-6 hours
2. Grind soaked dal to thick paste, add salt, soaked idli rava and leave it overnight until it ferments. Once it comes up keep it in the fridge.
3. Pour the batter in idli plates and steam cook for 10 mintues.

Serve hot with coconut chutney,sambar or peanuts chutney.
