Ingredients:
1 cup Green gram(Moong Dal)
1-2 Tsp Rice Flour
Ginger-1 inch piece
4-5 Green chillies
1 Tsp cumin seeds(jeera)
1 onion chopped, for garnishing
Salt
Instructions:
1. Soak green gram for an 1-2 hours.
2. Grind green gram, ginger, green chillies, salt, to fine paste by adding water.
3. Add 1tsp jeera, rice flour, to the batter and leave it for 30 min(optional).
4. Heat pan and pour ladleful of batter, spread in concentric circle.
5. Add 1 tsp oil around the batter, sprinkle chopped onions and greenchilles and cook until golden brown.
Serve with Ginger chutney.
