Vegetable Vada Popular

1/4 kg rice flour
1/4 kg besan flour
50 g grated cabbage
50 g grated carrot
100 g peas
2 bunches spinach, chopped
10 green chillies, chopped
1 cup beans, chopped
10 springs curry leaves
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
2 tsp garam masala
Oil for frying
1. Boil all vegetables except spinach for 10 minutes. When they are boiled drain the vegetables and keep the drained water aside.

2. Take a bowl and add boiled vegetables, spinach, besan flour, rice flour, garam masala, green chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves and salt and knead to dough (like vada dough) with boiled water.

3. Heat oil in a pan and take a ladleful of dough on the palm of your left hand and flatten with your right hand and slip into the hot oil and fry until browned and crisp.

Serve Vegetable Vadas with any chutney.
