1 cup Suji rava
1 Potato, boiled and mashed
1 Onion, finely chopped
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger
Few curry leaves
Salt & Turmeric powder
1. Mix all ingredients with some water. Set aside.

2. After a while, the sujee would have absorbed the liquid and you may need to add more water. The dough should be thick.

3. Now drop thumb-sized scoops into hot oil and fry to a golden colour.

Serve hot with ketchup or rice.
