1 cup chick-pea flour
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder
4 fresh green chilles, chopped into small pieces
2 onions, chopped in thin slices
Oil for frying
1. Add oil, coriander powder, cumin powder, chillies, chilli powder, salt and onions to chick-pea flour and stir well.
2. Add min water possible to make it to a thick paste.
3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
4. Drop about five 1 tbsp of the mix and deep fry until golden brown.
(Make sure that the oil doesn't become too hot. The bhajis must fry slowly so the centres cook through).
5. Drain on absorbent kitchen paper .
Serve hot with ketchup or any chutney
