Ingredients:
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup semolina
1/2 cup all purpose flour
3 tbsp ghee
4 grenn chillies, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp asafoetida
Salt
Water
Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Mix together all ingredients except oil, adding enough water.to make stiff dough.

2. Take a ladleful of dough on the palm of your left hand and flatten it with your right hand.

3. Make a hole in the centre, slip the dough into hot oil and deep fry until browned and crisp.

4. Drain on kitchen paper and serve hot with mint chutney.

Makes 15-20.
