Ingredients:
1 cup urad dal, soaked for 5 hours
1/4 cup rice flour
1/2 cup fresh coconut pieces( small pieces)
Salt as required
Few curry leaves
1 tsp black pepper corns
Oil for deep frying
Instructions:
1. Grind urad dal to smooth paste. Add black pepper corns, coconut pieces, rice flour and curry leaves to the dough and mix well.
2. Heat oil.
3. Shape the batter into lemon-sized balls, and drop gently into the oil and deep fry until golden brown.

Serve hot with coconut chutney.
