2 cup All purpose flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour paste
1/2 tsp. baking Powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp Oil
Bread Crumbs to apply on pattis

For Stuffing(Grind all these ingredients as chutney):

2 cups Mint leaves
1 cup Coriander leaves
7 Green chilies
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Cumin seeds
Salt as required
1 tsp Sugar
1 Lemon
1. Sieve the all purpose flour and add the salt, baking powder and oil into it. Mix well.

2. Prepare the dough with cold water. Leave it for about half an hour. Then roll into small puris and keep it aside.

3. Bring water to boil and add 1 tbsp. oil to it.

4. Add puri to it and when it comes on the top take it from the water.

5. Make the chutney out of the stuffing ingredients and apply this chutney on every puri and roll the puri. Cover the edge with all purpose flour paste.

6. Cut patties from the middle and roll this patties in bread crumbs.

7. Heat oil in frying pan and deep fry patties till golden brown.

Serve hot with tomato sauce.
