Mint Masala Vada Popular

Ingredients:
1 cup Channa dhal
3 tbsp Toor dhal
1cup Mint leaves
1 small Onion, chopped finely
2 Green chillies, chopped finely
1/4 tsp Ginger
1tsp cumin seeds
1tsp Fennel
pinch Asafoetida
Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Soak channa & toor dhal for about 30 minutes and grind coarsely.

2. Add onions, green chillies, mint leaves and rest of the spices.

3. Mix well in a bowl and make it into a ball and pat it flat.

4. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry them until golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with chutney or any sauce.
