Ingredients:
1 kg corn Kernels
10 geen chillies
7 dry red chillies
2 tsp coriander seeds
10 garlic flakes
Salt as required
Few curry leaves and coriander leaves, chopped
Oil for deep frying
Instructions:
1. Coarsely grate the corn kernel in the mixer.

2. Add garlic, coriander seeds, red chilles, salt, green chillies and grind again.

3. Take the dough in to a bowl, add curry and coriander leaves and mix well.

4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry in medium flame untill brown.

Serve hot.
