Cashewnuts Masala Pakora Popular

1 cup Cashewnuts
1 cup besan flour
5 green chiilies
Small piece ginger
3-4 tbsp ghee
Oil for deep frying
Few Mint leaves, Few curry leaves, Coriander leaves ,finely chopped

1. Grind ginger and green chillies.
2. Take a bowl and add besan flour, cashewnuts, chopped mint, curry and coriander leaves, salt , ghee and grinded ginger -green chillies paste. mix well
3. Heat oil. Take 1 tbsp of dough and deep fry until brown on medium flame.

These pakora will be crispy and stays for 15 days.
