1 cup all purpose flour
1 big spoonful of rice flour
Sour curd
Few few coconut pieces. chopped so tiny
4 green chillies, chopped
Few curry leaves, coriander leaves
1 onion, chopped
Pinch baking soda
Salt as required
Oil for deep frying
1. Mix all the above ingredients using the curd to a bajji dough consistency. Keep this aside for 4 hrs.
2. Heat oil in a pan, drop the batter in oil and deep fry them till golden brown.
Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
